“En la frontera” and “En Los ojos de Verónica” are two feature films filmed simultaneously but in different formats and with their own story line, the first with Iphone and the second with 360 video cameras. Together they make up a transmedia project.
Although both films share their dramatic load, characters and environments, “En los ojos de Verónica” explores those “off camera” instances, before or after the definitive scenes of “En la frontera”, thus establishing a story so unpredictable as a breakthrough.
This result is the realization of a collective creation that emerged from the CECC (Community Film Teaching Center), this space proposes as its main goal the integration of the various sectors of our society into audiovisual art.
SYNOPSIS
Veronica is a lonely woman, installed in a strictly male workplace, the construction area in the Capital city. Now in her forties, she perceives with increasing clarity a trend that not only isolates her and her immediate surroundings, but also transforms them into increasingly skeptical and confronting people. The unexpected possibility of establishing a loving relationship with one of the employees renews her expectations regarding men and their family environment.
